Learn how to cook Japanese vegetarian food
Sitting in Yo Yushi! sushi bar in Fenwicks in Newcastle upon Tyne, England and watching the eye catching morsels of tempting food pass by, it was plain to see how few of the dishes were vegetarian. I don't mean to criticise Yo sushi in any way, as they are only reflecting the demographics and tastes of their consumers, but it did occur to me that it was worth delving into the world of Japanese cuisine and seeing how many vegetarian dishes and recipes there are out there.
I have been cooking Japanese food for many years now and I alway find a place for a Japanese dish on all my menus that I create for the Sky apple - where I work - and this e-book is the culmination of many years and more recently many months of investigation, cooking, testing, eating and ultimately writing.
Japanese veggie food is healthy, most of the recipes are vegan and many of them are gluten free if you use a gluten free soy sauce.
This ebook is free as well as a copy of the Busy vegetarian ebook for members of In the kitchen.
What is the format of the ebook?
Most e books at the moment are pdf's which are ok for novels but if you have a cookbook with hundreds of pictures they
aren't appropriate. This ebook contains it's own software that creates a website type of environment where you can
click through the chapters and recipes with ease. Each of the pages are printer friendly also.
How do I download?
Click on the 'Vegetable nirvana' image at the top right of the page or here and

You may get a message saying
that these kind of files contain viruses but I can assure you it is just your browser being extra careful (and so it should!) and the file
