A little about Andy young
	I have been cooking Vegetarian food now for 10 years or so and have been a chef for twenty years. In recent times, excited by the possibilities that the net offers, I have been learning a bit of web design also. This is how this site came to exist. I'm currently cooking at the Sky Apple cafe in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and if you are in the area ever drop by and say hello.
